Our candles are made using:
- 100% natural soy wax
- Eco-friendly cotton wicks
- High-quality, cruelty-free and vegan fragrance oils
Soy wax burns cleaner and slower than traditional paraffin wax.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
Yes, all of our candles, wax melts, reed diffusers and home fragrance products are made using vegan and cruelty-free fragrance oils and ingredients.
How long do your candles burn for?
Our candles are designed to provide a long, clean and even burn of up to 35 hours when cared for correctly.
What products are made by Nóisin Íon?
All of our core home fragrance and wellbeing products are created by Nóisin Íon in small batches using high-quality, vegan and cruelty-free ingredients.
Our handmade range includes:

Alongside our own Nóisin Íon range, we carefully source a small selection of complementary lifestyle products from independent suppliers that share our values around quality, sustainability and thoughtful design.
These sourced products include:
- Art prints – made in Ireland
- Greeting cards – made in Norway
- Wax melt burners – sourced from suppliers in Netherlands
While these items are not made by us, every product is carefully chosen to reflect the Nóisin Íon ethos of eco-conscious, design-led and luxury gifting.

Shipping
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How should I care for my candle?
To get the best from your candle:
- Always trim the wick to around 5mm before lighting
- Allow the wax to melt fully across the surface on the first burn
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
- Keep away from drafts, pets and children
This helps prevent tunnelling and extends the life of your candle.
Are your reed diffusers and sprays safe to use?
Yes. All of our products are supplied with the correct safety information and CLP labelling in line with Irish and EU regulations.
We always recommend keeping diffusers and sprays out of reach of children and pets and following the safety guidance on the label.
Can I see a safety data sheet for your products?
Yes, Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available on request for our fragrance-based products.
Simply contact us and we’ll be happy to provide the relevant documentation.
Do you offer custom or personalised orders?
We may be able to offer small custom or bulk orders for events such as weddings, corporate gifting or special occasions.
